Publisher description
H323 Caller is given a gateway IP address, calling and called party number, codec and a text to be displayed on the targeted phone (if supported). The program uses the H.323 gateway to place a call to the number specified; This can be used e.g. for alarm notification/signaling. H323 Caller is a small EXE program running in a DOS box and can be called for example by a script. However, playing or receiving audio messages is currently not supported.
